A: Sorry, we do not always reserve stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details in the reply of your enquiry.

For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However, lamp items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. Provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements at our cost to repair the lamps or compensate new ones in some coming orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
Q: Can I visit you?
A: Sure, we have a showroom in Shenzhen, China. If you are a volume buyer and would like to visit our in-house products, please contact us to make an appointment.
Q: How can I know how my order is being done?
A: We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.
